Hello, I’m Dr. Sahil Kataria

My Story

I am a Consultant in Critical Care Medicine based in New Delhi. My clinical work focuses on the care of critically ill patients — sepsis, shock, respiratory failure, mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring, acute kidney injury, and multi-organ dysfunction.

My academic interest lies in simplifying complex ICU concepts into practical bedside frameworks. Over the years, I have taught doctors, residents, fellows, nurses, and critical care trainees through lectures, case discussions, workshops, simulation-based sessions, and exam-oriented training.

I started this platform to bridge the gap between textbook knowledge and real ICU decisionmaking. Critical care is often taught as isolated topics — but at the bedside, doctors must integrate physiology, clinical examination, monitors, investigations, and time-sensitive decisions. Everything here is designed to help learners develop that integrated approach.
